About Us The owner of Trackers Edge has 30 years of law enforcement experience. He has worked in various capacities for various time lengths in various fields which include: Patrol Youth Bureau Forensics Mounted Unit Traffic Training Employee Assistance Trauma Team Subway Patrol Report Taking DNA Collection Crime Analyst Photography He has been involved in the following investigations: Break and Enter Missing Persons Home Invasion Assault Robbery Hold Up Weapons Fire Scene Homicide Suspicious Death Sudden Death Threatening Vehicle Collision Impaired Driving Lost and Found Property He has spent over a decade involved in basic forensic evidence collection as a Scenes Of Crime Officer and has processed hundreds of crime scenes. He has also been involved in thousands of investigations. He has been a knife collector and has been researching them for over 40 years. Trackers Edge knife section involves tactical, survival and combat knives for professionals, people serious about their knives and collectors. We also have our own computer database containing hundreds of knives. It is constantly growing and being updated. We collect information and data from all over the world. We are constantly evaluating dealers and products throughout the world. We have made approximately $70,000 in knife purchases in the past two years to evaluate their products and service. We also have working knowledge and interest in knife combat and various practical martial arts such as Systema. We have done research and practical work in these fields. At this time this only is background work tied into fields already covered. In regards to tracking, Trackers Edge hopes to be releasing a manual in the upcoming year on the subject. Our tracking skills and research are constantly being expanded upon. It is a much neglected field which will be making a comeback as has K-9 tracking has in the past couple of decades. This is an area of endeavour where book research has to be combined with experience. We try to combine traditional tracking with modern equipment and forensics. Educational Background:
